DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

Ketentuan ini menjelaskan hak, kewajiban, ketentuan, dan tata cara penggunaan perangkat lunak AUTOVID dan layanan akun terkait yang disediakan oleh DREAMCRAFT.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Tujuan dari ketentuan ini adalah untuk mendefinisikan hal-hal yang diperlukan untuk menggunakan perangkat lunak AUTOVID, fitur terkait, dan layanan akun yang disediakan oleh DREAMCRAFT.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

• "Pengguna" mengacu pada anggota dan non-anggota yang mengakses layanan DREAMCRAFT berdasarkan ketentuan ini.
• "Anggota" berarti seseorang yang mendaftarkan akun dan dapat terus menggunakan layanan yang disediakan oleh DREAMCRAFT.
• “Non-anggota” berarti seseorang yang menggunakan layanan tanpa mendaftar sebagai anggota.

Pasal 3 (Ruang Lingkup Layanan dan Perubahannya)

DREAMCRAFT menyediakan AUTOVID sebagai produk perangkat lunak swalayan. Pengguna mengoperasikan perangkat lunak secara langsung, dan DREAMCRAFT tidak menyediakan layanan pengeditan video atau agensi yang dilakukan untuk Anda.

• Pendaftaran anggota, manajemen akun, dan manajemen akses produk
• Fitur perangkat lunak untuk penyusunan skrip, desain subtitle, efek video, komposisi, dan alur kerja ekspor
• Akses berbasis kredit ke fitur-fitur yang didukung AI dan paket langganan atau pembelian satu kali

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Providing false information during application or change
• Using another person's information
• Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
• Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
• Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
• Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

Pasal 6 (Hak Konten dan Penggunaan Ekspor)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

• Anda hanya boleh menggunakan konten yang haknya memadai atau lisensinya sah (termasuk YouTube CCL jika berlaku).
• Pengguna bertanggung jawab untuk mematuhi hak cipta, hak potret/publikasi, dan kebijakan platform tujuan.
• Musik latar yang sudah diinstal sebelumnya mengikuti kebijakan penggunaan masing-masing penyedia. Pengguna harus mematuhi pembatasan redistribusi dan platform.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.

Ketentuan ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal 20 April 2026.
