DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

These terms define the rights, obligations, conditions, and procedures for using AUTOVID software and related account services provided by DREAMCRAFT.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms is to define necessary matters for using AUTOVID software, related features, and account services provided by DREAMCRAFT.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

"User" refers to both members and non-members who access DREAMCRAFT services under these terms.
"Member" means a person who registers an account and can continuously use services provided by DREAMCRAFT.
"Non-member" means a person who uses services without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Scope of Service and Changes)

DREAMCRAFT provides AUTOVID as a self-serve software product. Users operate the software directly, and DREAMCRAFT does not provide done-for-you video editing or agency services.

Member registration, account management, and product access management
Software features for script drafting, subtitle design, video effects, composition, and export workflows
Credit-based access to AI-assisted features and subscription or one-time purchase plans

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

Article 6 (Content Rights and Export Use)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

You must use only content for which you hold sufficient rights or a valid license (including YouTube CCL where applicable).
Users are responsible for compliance with copyright, portrait/publicity rights, and destination-platform policies.
Pre-installed background music follows each provider's usage policy. Users must comply with redistribution and platform restrictions.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.

These terms take effect on April 20, 2026.
