DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

תנאים אלה מגדירים את הזכויות, החובות, התנאים והנהלים לשימוש בתוכנת AUTOVID ושירותי חשבון קשורים המסופקים על ידי DREAMCRAFT.

Article 1 (Purpose)

מטרת תנאים אלה היא להגדיר את העניינים הדרושים לשימוש בתוכנת AUTOVID, תכונות קשורות ושירותי חשבון המסופקים על ידי DREAMCRAFT.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

"משתמש" מתייחס הן לחברים והן ללא חברים שניגשים לשירותי DREAMCRAFT במסגרת תנאים אלה.
"חבר" פירושו אדם הרושם חשבון ויכול להשתמש ברציפות בשירותים הניתנים על ידי DREAMCRAFT.
"לא חבר" פירושו אדם המשתמש בשירותים מבלי להירשם כחבר.

סעיף 3 (היקף השירות והשינויים)

DREAMCRAFT מספקת את AUTOVID כמוצר תוכנה בשירות עצמי. משתמשים מפעילים את התוכנה ישירות, ו-DREAMCRAFT אינה מספקת שירותי עריכת וידאו או סוכנות בהתאמה אישית.

תכונות תוכנה לניסוח סקריפט, עיצוב כתוביות, אפקטי וידאו, קומפוזיציה וזרימות עבודה של ייצוא
גישה מבוססת אשראי לתכונות הנעזרות בבינה מלאכותית ולתוכניות רכישה או מנוי חד פעמי

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

סעיף 6 (זכויות תוכן ושימוש בייצוא)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

עליך להשתמש רק בתוכן שעבורו יש לך זכויות מספיקות או רישיון תקף (כולל YouTube CCL במידת הצורך).
המשתמשים אחראים לעמידה בזכויות יוצרים, זכויות דיוקן/פרסום, ומדיניות פלטפורמת היעד.
מוזיקת רקע מותקנת מראש תואמת את מדיניות השימוש של כל ספק. המשתמשים חייבים לציית להגבלות הפצה מחדש והפלטפורמה.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.
