DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

Terma ini mentakrifkan hak, kewajipan, syarat dan prosedur untuk menggunakan perisian AUTOVID dan perkhidmatan akaun berkaitan yang disediakan oleh DREAMCRAFT.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Tujuan terma ini adalah untuk menentukan perkara yang perlu untuk menggunakan perisian AUTOVID, ciri berkaitan dan perkhidmatan akaun yang disediakan oleh DREAMCRAFT.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

• "Pengguna" merujuk kepada ahli dan bukan ahli yang mengakses perkhidmatan DREAMCRAFT di bawah syarat ini.
• "Ahli" bermaksud orang yang mendaftar akaun dan boleh terus menggunakan perkhidmatan yang disediakan oleh DREAMCRAFT.
• "Bukan ahli" bermaksud seseorang yang menggunakan perkhidmatan tanpa mendaftar sebagai ahli.

Perkara 3 (Skop Perkhidmatan dan Perubahan)

DREAMCRAFT menyediakan AUTOVID sebagai produk perisian layan diri. Pengguna mengendalikan perisian secara langsung dan DREAMCRAFT tidak menyediakan penyuntingan video atau perkhidmatan agensi yang dilakukan untuk anda.

• Pendaftaran ahli, pengurusan akaun dan pengurusan akses produk
• Ciri perisian untuk penggubalan skrip, reka bentuk sari kata, kesan video, gubahan dan aliran kerja eksport
• Akses berasaskan kredit kepada ciri berbantukan AI dan pelan langganan atau pembelian sekali

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Providing false information during application or change
• Using another person's information
• Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
• Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
• Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
• Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

Perkara 6 (Hak Kandungan dan Penggunaan Eksport)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

• Anda mesti menggunakan hanya kandungan yang anda memegang hak yang mencukupi atau lesen yang sah (termasuk CCL YouTube jika berkenaan).
• Pengguna bertanggungjawab untuk mematuhi hak cipta, hak potret/publisiti dan dasar platform destinasi.
• Muzik latar yang diprapasang mengikut dasar penggunaan setiap pembekal. Pengguna mesti mematuhi pengedaran semula dan sekatan platform.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.
