DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้กำหนดสิทธิ์ ภาระผูกพัน เงื่อนไข และขั้นตอนในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ AUTOVID และบริการบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องซึ่งให้บริการโดย DREAMCRAFT

Article 1 (Purpose)

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

"ผู้ใช้" หมายถึงทั้งสมาชิกและผู้ที่ไม่ใช่สมาชิกที่เข้าถึงบริการ DREAMCRAFT ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
"สมาชิก" หมายถึง บุคคลที่ลงทะเบียนบัญชีและสามารถใช้บริการของ DREAMCRAFT ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
"ไม่ใช่สมาชิก" หมายถึง บุคคลที่ใช้บริการโดยไม่ได้ลงทะเบียนเป็นสมาชิก

มาตรา 3 (ขอบเขตการบริการและการเปลี่ยนแปลง)

DREAMCRAFT ให้บริการ AUTOVID เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ซอฟต์แวร์แบบบริการตนเอง ผู้ใช้ใช้งานซอฟต์แวร์โดยตรง และ DREAMCRAFT ไม่ได้ให้บริการตัดต่อวิดีโอหรือบริการตัวแทนที่ทำเพื่อคุณ

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

มาตรา 6 (สิทธิ์ในเนื้อหาและการใช้การส่งออก)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

คุณต้องใช้เฉพาะเนื้อหาที่คุณถือสิทธิ์เพียงพอหรือมีใบอนุญาตที่ถูกต้อง (รวมถึง YouTube CCL หากมี)
ผู้ใช้มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายลิขสิทธิ์ สิทธิ์ในการถ่ายภาพบุคคล/การประชาสัมพันธ์ และนโยบายแพลตฟอร์มปลายทาง
เพลงพื้นหลังที่ติดตั้งไว้ล่วงหน้าเป็นไปตามนโยบายการใช้งานของผู้ให้บริการแต่ละราย ผู้ใช้จะต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อจำกัดในการแจกจ่ายซ้ำและแพลตฟอร์ม

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.
