DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

Estes termos definem os direitos, obrigações, condições e procedimentos para uso do software AUTOVID e dos serviços de conta relacionados fornecidos pela DREAMCRAFT.

Article 1 (Purpose)

O objetivo destes termos é definir o necessário para uso do software AUTOVID, dos recursos relacionados e dos serviços de conta fornecidos pela DREAMCRAFT.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

"Usuário" refere-se a membros e não membros que acessam e utilizam os serviços da DREAMCRAFT sob estes termos.
"Membro" significa a pessoa que registra uma conta e pode utilizar continuamente os serviços fornecidos pela DREAMCRAFT.
"Não membro" significa a pessoa que utiliza os serviços sem se registrar como membro.

Artigo 3 (Escopo do serviço e alterações)

A DREAMCRAFT fornece o AUTOVID como um produto de software self-service. Os usuários operam o software diretamente, e a DREAMCRAFT não presta serviço de edição de vídeo sob demanda nem serviço de agência.

Recursos de software para rascunhos de roteiro, design de legendas, efeitos de vídeo, composição e fluxos de exportação
Acesso baseado em créditos a recursos assistidos por IA, além de planos de assinatura ou compra avulsa

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

Artigo 6 (Direitos de conteúdo e uso de exportações)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

Você deve usar apenas conteúdo para o qual possua direitos suficientes ou licença válida (incluindo YouTube CCL, quando aplicável).
Os usuários são responsáveis por cumprir direitos autorais, direitos de imagem/publicidade e políticas da plataforma de destino.
A trilha de fundo pré-instalada segue a política de uso de cada fornecedor. Os usuários devem cumprir restrições de redistribuição e de plataforma.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.

Estes termos entram em vigor em 20 de abril de 2026.
