DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

Deze voorwaarden definiëren de rechten, verplichtingen, voorwaarden en procedures voor het gebruik van AUTOVID-software en gerelateerde accountdiensten geleverd door DREAMCRAFT.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Het doel van deze voorwaarden is om de noodzakelijke zaken te definiëren voor het gebruik van AUTOVID-software, gerelateerde functies en accountdiensten geleverd door DREAMCRAFT.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

"Gebruiker" verwijst naar zowel leden als niet-leden die onder deze voorwaarden toegang hebben tot de diensten van DREAMCRAFT.
"Lid" betekent een persoon die een account registreert en voortdurend gebruik kan maken van de diensten van DREAMCRAFT.
"Niet-lid" betekent een persoon die diensten gebruikt zonder zich als lid te registreren.

Artikel 3 (Omvang dienstverlening en wijzigingen)

DREAMCRAFT levert AUTOVID als een zelfbedieningssoftwareproduct. Gebruikers bedienen de software rechtstreeks en DREAMCRAFT biedt geen op maat gemaakte videobewerkings- of bureaudiensten.

Ledenregistratie, accountbeheer en producttoegangsbeheer
Softwarefuncties voor het opstellen van scripts, ondertitelontwerp, video-effecten, compositie en exportworkflows
Op krediet gebaseerde toegang tot AI-ondersteunde functies en abonnements- of eenmalige aankoopplannen

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

Artikel 6 (Inhoudsrechten en exportgebruik)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

Je mag alleen inhoud gebruiken waarvoor je over voldoende rechten of een geldige licentie beschikt (inclusief YouTube CCL, indien van toepassing).
Gebruikers zijn verantwoordelijk voor de naleving van het auteursrecht, portret-/publiciteitsrechten en het beleid inzake bestemmingsplatforms.
Vooraf geïnstalleerde achtergrondmuziek volgt het gebruiksbeleid van elke provider. Gebruikers moeten voldoen aan herdistributie- en platformbeperkingen.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.

Deze voorwaarden worden van kracht op 20 april 2026.
