DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

ये शर्तें AUTOVID सॉफ़्टवेयर और DREAMCRAFT द्वारा प्रदान की गई संबंधित खाता सेवाओं का उपयोग करने के अधिकारों, दायित्वों, शर्तों और प्रक्रियाओं को परिभाषित करती हैं।

Article 1 (Purpose)

इन शर्तों का उद्देश्य AUTOVID सॉफ़्टवेयर, संबंधित सुविधाओं और DREAMCRAFT द्वारा प्रदान की गई खाता सेवाओं का उपयोग करने के लिए आवश्यक मामलों को परिभाषित करना है।

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

"उपयोगकर्ता" उन सदस्यों और गैर-सदस्यों दोनों को संदर्भित करता है जो इन शर्तों के तहत ड्रीमक्राफ्ट सेवाओं तक पहुंचते हैं।
"सदस्य" का अर्थ एक ऐसा व्यक्ति है जो खाता पंजीकृत करता है और लगातार ड्रीमक्राफ्ट द्वारा प्रदान की गई सेवाओं का उपयोग कर सकता है।
"गैर-सदस्य" का अर्थ वह व्यक्ति है जो सदस्य के रूप में पंजीकरण कराए बिना सेवाओं का उपयोग करता है।

अनुच्छेद 3 (सेवा का दायरा और परिवर्तन)

ड्रीमक्राफ्ट एक स्व-सेवा सॉफ्टवेयर उत्पाद के रूप में ऑटोविड प्रदान करता है। उपयोगकर्ता सॉफ़्टवेयर को सीधे संचालित करते हैं, और ड्रीमक्राफ्ट आपके लिए वीडियो संपादन या एजेंसी सेवाएँ प्रदान नहीं करता है।

एआई-सहायता प्राप्त सुविधाओं और सदस्यता या एकमुश्त खरीद योजनाओं तक क्रेडिट-आधारित पहुंच

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

अनुच्छेद 6 (सामग्री अधिकार और निर्यात उपयोग)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

आपको केवल उसी सामग्री का उपयोग करना चाहिए जिसके लिए आपके पास पर्याप्त अधिकार या वैध लाइसेंस है (जहां लागू हो वहां यूट्यूब सीसीएल सहित)।
उपयोगकर्ता कॉपीराइट, पोर्ट्रेट/प्रचार अधिकार और गंतव्य-प्लेटफ़ॉर्म नीतियों के अनुपालन के लिए ज़िम्मेदार हैं।
पूर्व-स्थापित पृष्ठभूमि संगीत प्रत्येक प्रदाता की उपयोग नीति का पालन करता है। उपयोगकर्ताओं को पुनर्वितरण और प्लेटफ़ॉर्म प्रतिबंधों का पालन करना होगा।

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.
