DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

Các điều khoản này xác định các quyền, nghĩa vụ, điều kiện và thủ tục sử dụng phần mềm AUTOVID và các dịch vụ tài khoản liên quan do DREAMCRAFT cung cấp.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Mục đích của các điều khoản này là xác định các vấn đề cần thiết khi sử dụng phần mềm AUTOVID, các tính năng liên quan và dịch vụ tài khoản do DREAMCRAFT cung cấp.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

"Người dùng" dùng để chỉ cả thành viên và người không phải thành viên truy cập dịch vụ DREAMCRAFT theo các điều khoản này.
"Thành viên" nghĩa là người đăng ký tài khoản và có thể liên tục sử dụng các dịch vụ do DREAMCRAFT cung cấp.
"Không phải thành viên" có nghĩa là người sử dụng dịch vụ mà không đăng ký làm thành viên.

Điều 3 (Phạm vi dịch vụ và thay đổi)

DREAMCRAFT cung cấp AUTOVID dưới dạng sản phẩm phần mềm tự phục vụ. Người dùng vận hành phần mềm trực tiếp và DREAMCRAFT không cung cấp dịch vụ đại lý hoặc chỉnh sửa video dành riêng cho bạn.

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

Điều 6 (Quyền nội dung và sử dụng xuất khẩu)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

Bạn chỉ được sử dụng nội dung mà bạn có đủ quyền hoặc giấy phép hợp lệ (bao gồm cả YouTube CCL nếu có).
Người dùng có trách nhiệm tuân thủ các chính sách về bản quyền, chân dung/công khai và nền tảng đích.
Nhạc nền được cài đặt sẵn tuân theo chính sách sử dụng của từng nhà cung cấp. Người dùng phải tuân thủ các hạn chế về phân phối lại và nền tảng.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.
