DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

این شرایط حقوق، تعهدات، شرایط و رویه‌های استفاده از نرم‌افزار AUTOVID و خدمات حساب مرتبط ارائه شده توسط DREAMCRAFT را مشخص می‌کند.

Article 1 (Purpose)

هدف از این شرایط تعریف موارد لازم برای استفاده از نرم افزار AUTOVID، ویژگی های مرتبط و خدمات حساب ارائه شده توسط DREAMCRAFT است.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

"کاربر" به اعضا و غیرعضوهایی اطلاق می شود که تحت این شرایط به خدمات DREAMCRAFT دسترسی دارند.
"عضو" به معنای شخصی است که یک حساب کاربری ثبت می کند و می تواند به طور مداوم از خدمات ارائه شده توسط DREAMCRAFT استفاده کند.
"غیر عضو" به معنای شخصی است که بدون ثبت نام به عنوان عضو از خدمات استفاده می کند.

ماده 3 (حوزه خدمات و تغییرات)

DREAMCRAFT AUTOVID را به عنوان یک محصول نرم افزاری خود خدمت ارائه می دهد. کاربران مستقیماً نرم‌افزار را اجرا می‌کنند و DREAMCRAFT ویرایش ویدیو یا خدمات آژانس را برای شما ارائه نمی‌کند.

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

ماده 6 (حقوق محتوا و استفاده صادراتی)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

شما باید فقط از محتوایی استفاده کنید که حقوق کافی یا مجوز معتبر برای آن دارید (از جمله YouTube CCL در صورت لزوم).
کاربران در قبال رعایت حق چاپ، حقوق پرتره/عمومی، و خط‌مشی‌های پلتفرم مقصد مسئولیت دارند.
موسیقی پس‌زمینه از پیش نصب‌شده از خط‌مشی استفاده هر ارائه‌دهنده پیروی می‌کند. کاربران باید از محدودیت های توزیع مجدد و پلت فرم پیروی کنند.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.

این شرایط از 20 آوریل 2026 اعمال می شود.
