DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

Ці умови визначають права, обов’язки, умови та процедури використання програмного забезпечення AUTOVID і пов’язаних облікових послуг, що надаються DREAMCRAFT.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Метою цих умов є визначення необхідних питань для використання програмного забезпечення AUTOVID, пов’язаних функцій і облікових послуг, які надає DREAMCRAFT.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

«Користувач» стосується як учасників, так і тих, хто не є учасниками, які отримують доступ до послуг DREAMCRAFT відповідно до цих умов.
«Учасник» означає особу, яка реєструє обліковий запис і може постійно користуватися послугами, що надаються DREAMCRAFT.
«Не учасник» означає особу, яка користується послугами, не реєструючись як учасник.

Стаття 3 (Обсяг послуг і зміни)

DREAMCRAFT надає AUTOVID як програмний продукт для самообслуговування. Користувачі безпосередньо керують програмним забезпеченням, і DREAMCRAFT не надає послуг редагування відео та не надає послуг агентства.

Функції програмного забезпечення для створення сценарію, оформлення субтитрів, відеоефектів, композиції та робочих процесів експорту
Доступ на основі кредиту до функцій із підтримкою штучного інтелекту та планів підписки чи одноразової покупки

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

Стаття 6 (Права на вміст і експортне використання)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

Ви повинні використовувати лише вміст, на який ви маєте достатні права або дійсну ліцензію (включно з YouTube CCL, де це можливо).
Користувачі несуть відповідальність за дотримання авторських прав, прав на портрет/рекламу та політики цільової платформи.
Попередньо встановлена фонова музика відповідає політиці використання кожного постачальника. Користувачі повинні дотримуватися обмежень щодо розповсюдження та платформи.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.
