DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

Bu şartlar, AUTOVID yazılımının ve DREAMCRAFT tarafından sağlanan ilgili hesap hizmetlerinin kullanımına ilişkin hakları, yükümlülükleri, koşulları ve prosedürleri tanımlar.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Bu şartların amacı, AUTOVID yazılımını, ilgili özellikleri ve DREAMCRAFT tarafından sağlanan hesap hizmetlerini kullanmak için gerekli hususları tanımlamaktır.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

"Kullanıcı", bu koşullar kapsamında DREAMCRAFT hizmetlerine erişen hem üyeleri hem de üye olmayanları ifade eder.
"Üye", hesap açan ve DREAMCRAFT'ın sunduğu hizmetlerden sürekli olarak yararlanabilen kişi anlamına gelir.
"Üye olmayan", üye olarak kaydolmadan hizmetlerden yararlanan kişi anlamına gelir.

Madde 3 (Hizmet Kapsamı ve Değişiklikler)

DREAMCRAFT, AUTOVID'i self-servis bir yazılım ürünü olarak sağlar. Kullanıcılar yazılımı doğrudan çalıştırır ve DREAMCRAFT sizin için video düzenleme veya ajans hizmetleri sağlamaz.

Üye kaydı, hesap yönetimi ve ürün erişim yönetimi
Senaryo taslağı hazırlama, altyazı tasarımı, video efektleri, kompozisyon ve dışa aktarma iş akışlarına yönelik yazılım özellikleri
Yapay zeka destekli özelliklere ve abonelik veya tek seferlik satın alma planlarına kredi tabanlı erişim

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

Madde 6 (İçerik Hakları ve İhraç Kullanımı)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

Yalnızca yeterli haklara veya geçerli bir lisansa sahip olduğunuz içeriği (varsa YouTube CCL dahil) kullanmalısınız.
Telif hakkı, portre/tanıtım hakları ve hedef platform politikalarına uygunluktan kullanıcılar sorumludur.
Önceden yüklenmiş arka plan müziği, her sağlayıcının kullanım politikasına uygundur. Kullanıcılar yeniden dağıtım ve platform kısıtlamalarına uymalıdır.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.

Bu şartlar 20 Nisan 2026'da yürürlüğe girecektir.
