DREAMCRAFT Terms of Service

Dessa villkor definierar rättigheterna, skyldigheterna, villkoren och procedurerna för användning av AUTOVID-programvara och relaterade kontotjänster som tillhandahålls av DREAMCRAFT.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Syftet med dessa villkor är att definiera nödvändiga frågor för att använda AUTOVID-programvara, relaterade funktioner och kontotjänster som tillhandahålls av DREAMCRAFT.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

"Användare" avser både medlemmar och icke-medlemmar som använder DREAMCRAFTs tjänster under dessa villkor.
"Medlem" betyder en person som registrerar ett konto och kontinuerligt kan använda tjänster som tillhandahålls av DREAMCRAFT.
"Icke-medlem" betyder en person som använder tjänster utan att registrera sig som medlem.

Artikel 3 (tjänstens omfattning och ändringar)

DREAMCRAFT tillhandahåller AUTOVID som en mjukvaruprodukt för självbetjäning. Användare använder programvaran direkt, och DREAMCRAFT tillhandahåller inte videoredigering eller byråtjänster som görs för dig.

Medlemsregistrering, kontohantering och produktåtkomsthantering
Programvarufunktioner för manusritning, undertextdesign, videoeffekter, komposition och exportarbetsflöden
Kreditbaserad åtkomst till AI-assisterade funktioner och prenumerations- eller engångsplaner

AI-assisted features may be powered by third-party AI infrastructure and model/API providers, including Replicate, OpenAI, Google Gemini, and similar providers. DREAMCRAFT does not plan, create, publish, or select final content on behalf of users, and may use provider-level safety settings, user confirmations, and abuse review procedures to reduce prohibited use.

Article 4 (Service Hours)

The use of the service is in principle available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless there are special technical or business-related issues at DREAMCRAFT. However, this does not apply on days or times designated by DREAMCRAFT due to system regular inspection or other necessary reasons.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following activities:

Providing false information during application or change
Using another person's information
Modifying information posted by DREAMCRAFT
Sending or posting information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by DREAMCRAFT
Infringing on the intellectual property rights of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Damaging the reputation of or interfering with the business of DREAMCRAFT or other third parties
Creating or distributing illegal, infringing, deceptive, explicit, deepfake, face-swap, voice-impersonation, or unauthorized likeness content

Artikel 6 (Innehållsrättigheter och exportanvändning)

Users must comply with licensing, copyright, privacy, publicity, and destination-platform requirements when using source content, AI-generated assets, background music, and exported videos.

Du får endast använda innehåll för vilket du har tillräckliga rättigheter eller en giltig licens (inklusive YouTube CCL där tillämpligt).
Användare ansvarar för efterlevnad av upphovsrätt, porträtt-/publicitetsrättigheter och policyer för destinationsplattformar.
Förinstallerad bakgrundsmusik följer varje leverantörs användningspolicy. Användare måste följa omdistribution och plattformsbegränsningar.

Article 7 (Privacy Protection)

DREAMCRAFT strives to protect users' personal information and complies with the published Privacy Policy regarding the protection and use of users' personal information. Users can always check the Privacy Policy and request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

DREAMCRAFT may amend these terms and conditions as necessary in accordance with laws or changes in services, and in such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be specified and notified.
